"Sonic the Hedgehog" is, in my opinion, one of the fastest games you could ever imagine. He moves at a pace that seemingly no other creature is going to be able to trump or maybe even match. This isn't to say that speed isn't the only aspect of these games to consider since there are others that define the series. Enter Knuckles, the character whose strength is in his power; maybe creatine could be utilized in order to boost that feature which he proudly showcases.

Sonic is more about a fast-paced nature, which isn't something that can be said for Knuckles. The character who claims he's an echidna is more about combat, utilizing powerful punches in order to get his point across, which usually happens. When I was growing up, playing the Sonic games as they started to gain ground, Knuckles stood as a favorite of mine because of his look alone. However, along with strength, another trait which I liked about him was the way he was able to glide in the air.

Not only was Knuckles able to glide through the air, no differently than an eagle, but he was able to do it at a fast pace. When he was moving about like a superhero, it was almost like you could mistake his speed for Sonic's. Most people would cry foul on this, saying that there's no way that a real echidna would be able to fight or fly like Knuckles. My response is that it's a video game and, just like cartoons, the makers can take a few creative liberties.

However, Knuckle's game has always lied in his power, which is why I feel like he could use a little support. If he becomes rusty, for one reason or another, I believe that creatine could serve him well. This substance is used in order to grant energy to the body, the muscles in particular, which is why he may be the best Sonic character suited for it. Such substances and related ones are marketed by reputable companies the likes of the Muscular Development Store.

When it comes to supplements needed for the sake of building muscle, you'll be hard-pressed to find anything that works as well as creatine. It's a popular choice amongst athletes, bodybuilders, and just about anyone else who needs to keep their strength up at high levels. Knuckles may find himself utilizing this since he's already a great contender in the way of power. Hopefully he'll understand the importance of his substance when he goes about his normal diet and decides to make a smart addition to it.
