With so many beverages to consider, it's clear that most would recommend water. Those in Staten Island pediatrics are not any different, since water can help to fuel your body and aid in such processes as vitamin absorption and digestion. However, what about the types of fruit juice that we would commonly partake in during mornings and early afternoons? In order to choose the best ones, with an emphasis on health, here are 3 great types to keep in mind.

Orange juice is easily one of the most recognizable options, according to medical authorities such as GPM Pediatrics. It can also be argued that orange juice is among the most accessible, which means that it is very easy for one to get their hands on. With a few different nutrients to consider, the most common tied to orange juice has to be vitamin C. To say that those who specialize in Staten Island pediatrics endorse the usage of orange juice would be nothing short of an understatement.

Grape juice, while less common by comparison, is no less important than orange juice. In fact, given that daily consumption of grape juice may lower cholesterol, one can argue that this particular option is better in certain regards. In addition, grape juice can work to protect the heart overall, which only accentuates the importance of this beverage. While the taste itself may be a bit sweeter than you would expect, one cannot argue with the dietary benefits that grape juice is able to bring.

If you want another option to sink your teeth into, for lack of better terms, think about using cranberry juice. This particular beverage has been known as an effective method for blood flow, helping to circulate this process as it occurs throughout the human body. What about the idea that, if consumed well enough, it can reduce instances of blood clots, which can help to maintain life to a higher degree? These are just a few benefits to consider when it comes to cranberry juice in general so do not overlook it.

Of course, this doesn't mean that your choices are limited to the ones listed above. These are simply the ones that I recognize and believe to be beneficial based on my experiences with them. You may very well be able to benefit from others in different ways if you stick with them in the long term. However, if you are looking to gain the best start on the matter, I do not think that anyone can argue with the individual levels of impact that the aforementioned choices can leave.
